“I purchased a 2023 VW Atlas at the Mitchell’s VW Dealership. I have been looking for a while and been to a couple of dealerships around CT. The moment I walked in, Marin greeted us and it just felt “right”. He was very accommodating and showed us the car that I was looking at online right away. I was with my two young kids so I was worried that it will take us too long (some dealership keep you forever and it usually feels like a trap)…. But not with this one. I test drove the car, spoke to Marin and the sales manager (Josh), went over the quote just within an hour or so! I did not feel pressured nor rushed and my kids enjoyed their stay. The atmosphere of the place is impeccable and Marin is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.When we picked up the car, Marin took his time in reviewing/showing everything my new car has to offer. I left extremely HAPPY and SATISFIED with my purchase. I GREATLY appreciate all the help that everyone provided. Definitely a 10/10 for the service and honesty! More powers!”

They did the first 2 and explained why the check engine light was on and that nothing needed to be done for it currently - saving me money and time. “I had a 400 sbc short block built by Precision in late fall 2022. All interactions & transactions were smooth and fair. I got a quote and they stood close to that quote. I have worked in a small business long enough where I can tell just by conversation and the facility how things will go. The guys are dedicated to their profession and take pride in their work. I had most of the parts and I needed them to get some parts for completion. Knowing I was going to get the block heavily machined, I knew they would have to get those parts. In the end, everything turned out as expected and today, after 1200 miles on the build, I couldn't be happier. Mike is mainly who I dealt with, he was good at listening to my needs and didn't push what or how he thought I should have my engine built. Mike was a good listener to the customers needs and wants. I felt the need to write a review, because mostly what I wrote above. I can't say enough good about these guys. Too many people are quick to point fingers and bash a business, I'm going to leave it at that... Thanks again Precision Auto Machine!!”
