They went the extra mile and managed to help me find the right solution to my problem. I appreciate the understanding they had with me. “After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”

“I was having problems with my phone so I went to the W.Main Street store, not helpful whatsoever. The girl/lady running the store was eating corn chips. I can smell it when I walked in. She did NOT stop eating. She continued to touch my phone,computer & every other machine in the room, ugh, she continued to put her hands in the bag & eat corn chip after corn chip & stuff em in her mouth!After all this, I decided to go to the store on Lewis Avenue. She was very professional. Took care of my problem & I was on my way.I recommend Lewis Ave, rather than W.Main Street.”

“I originally put a 1 star review after being in the store for hours only to go home with no phone service. I returned the next day and spent another hour in the store. Despite the inconvenience, I’m giving 5 stars. Despite the hiccup, everyone there both days were extremely nice to me. The following day, the girl helping me apologized profusely even though none of the Inconveniences I experienced were her fault. The manager Del gave me a credit on my account to compensate. Everyone did what they could and that matters. It’s technology, so sometimes things happen. The crew works hard and I honestly had to realize that things happen. I still received good service. The wait time is long but that’s because the process takes long. I recommend making an appointment if you don’t want to sit and wait. It’s the same way at Apple or any other phone store. Thanks guys for everything.”
