David was very helpful in getting all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. I could never do that. David has a great personality and was very pleasant. My husband teased him and told David if we had any trouble with the phone we would be back with a smile on his face. It was a very pleasant experience.

The guy in the front seemed very dismissive and annoyed that he had to help. Otherwise the location was good.
