“I originally put a 1 star review after being in the store for hours only to go home with no phone service. I returned the next day and spent another hour in the store. Despite the inconvenience, I’m giving 5 stars. Despite the hiccup, everyone there both days were extremely nice to me. The following day, the girl helping me apologized profusely even though none of the Inconveniences I experienced were her fault. The manager Del gave me a credit on my account to compensate. Everyone did what they could and that matters. It’s technology, so sometimes things happen. The crew works hard and I honestly had to realize that things happen. I still received good service. The wait time is long but that’s because the process takes long. I recommend making an appointment if you don’t want to sit and wait. It’s the same way at Apple or any other phone store. Thanks guys for everything.”
“Went in as a dissatisfied Verizon customer, left a happy new T-mobile customer. Porting process was simple, Ken was very knowledgeable and got us all the right promotions and settings for the account even accounting for two of the lines/phones needing to be shipped out of state to my parents.”
