“As a woman, it is so hard to find people that won’t scam you when it comes to these things. They are always very honest and fair. I had a old car that I wanted them to change the tires and they were honest with me that they could change it, but it wouldnt be worth it since the car was not reliable anymore and told me not to waste my money haha. I stopped in without an appointment as I was traveling from out of town and they took 15 minutes to check it all over free of charge to assure me it’s safe. Very appreciative of their kindness and willing to help amongst having a very full busy shop.”

“I really rarely leave reviews but I had to leave a review about this place. The service at Giddings garage is exceptional. My car is important to me and I am very leery of mechanics because I have been scammed in the past. This is not a place where that will ever happen to you if you decide to go here. John and his team were courteous, prompt, accommodated me when they were extremely busy, and they communicated every step of the way. When I called about an issue, they addressed it, fixed it, and gave me my car back. There were no hidden fees or any thing that wasn't clear or explained beforehand. Overall, I really appreciate the amazing service I received and would recommend this place to anyone who was having car issues.”
