I was skeptical of the ceramic coating ay first but I've had it on my Audi for a year now and I love it. When it rains the dirt magically slides right off, and the car looks showroom perfect. “I have to rave about the service and honesty of this shop, I had my 5-series towed here from another shop. They diagnosed my overheating problem and got me back on the road in 2 days. The previous shop told me my car was junk and to just give them my title. If you have a BMW, Passarelli's is the place to get it repaired, they are often booked out a couple days but if you have an emergency, they will bend over backwards to trouble shoot it ASAP. “My car would not start. I needed a tow. The driver convinced me to send my car to Envy Service Center in stead of the dealer. They replaced the starter with an after market starter for $500. When I picked up the car I found that there was a strange noise each time I started it. I told the owner about the noise and he agreed to look at it the following Monday. They determined that the new starter was bad and replaced it. It now starts fine with no weird noise.ENVY seems to be a business that honors their word and backs their work as far as I can tell.Also, they washed and cleaned my car so that it looked GREAT!Respectful and courteous. I would use them again.”
