Great sense of humor.... always an excellent experience time & time again. They literally take the API motto of "Quality Parts, Expert Service" seriously. Dwayne knows how to run a business & treat his staff, and is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Unfortunately not able to say that for some of the other people that work for him, but Dwayne makes it worthwhile to go there. Will continue to purchase parts from here.”
