“Just wanted to share what a great experience I had with Brad and Josh. Bought a 2015 BMW X1. They gave me good value for my trade. Worked with me on a price for the vehicle. They noticed a small problem with the Valve Cover Gasket before I picked up the car and replaced it entirely, proactively. They offered a 1500 mile 30 day warranty. And honored it. I took the car to a mechanic to make sure everything was good and they recommended a serpentine belt replacement and some work to the windshield cowl. It was within 30 days of the purchase, but I believe I had already put over 1500 miles on the car. Despite this, Josh and Brad were responsive and did the requested work quickly and for free. They even encouraged me to reach out again if I have any issues with the car. I feel like I got a great deal on a great car, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.”

“Bob & Penny's is also known as Country Auto. I read a bad review on Yelp and felt compelled to write a good one. I gave Penny an idea of the type of used car I was looking for, and she drove a car back from a PA car auction for me to see. I purchased the car "as is". Shortly afterwards, I got a flashing warning on the dashboard. Totally convinced I'd been scammed, I took the car back. It turned out a sensor had failed and needed to be replaced. Penny picked up the entire tab (labor & parts) even though I had bought the car "as is"! That was more than four years ago, and my 2007 Subaru Forester is still going strong. If I hadn't moved to a state without a sales tax, I'd drive back to CT to purchase another car from Penny without hesitation.”

I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small!
