“My husband has sent me here few times for parts and since my 1st visit I'm always happy to return. Extremely friendly all the way around every time I've come- from greeting me when I walk in to loading my vehicle before I go. Last time I came I had my 1yr old in my arms and had to run back to my car for my card - I was noticeably rushing until the guy at the desk told me it's ok and to take my time. That may not sound like a big deal but it was! Before i even got to my card they were already loading my parts in my car being extremely extremely careful positioning the part to not damage my car and fitting it in the best angle. Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!”

“I originally came in for a versa, but my salesman Javier informed me they were in short supply and guided me to a Sentra. I wanted one with the least amount of upgrades possible, and he let me know you would be getting it in a few days. Throughout that process he did mention a couple other offers that they had such as a good interest rate on the Kick. It wasn't for me, but he never pushed anything, he simply offered it. There can be a fine line there and he did a great job. He felt more like a car buying guide to me then a salesman which was great. There were numerous delays on the car that I wanted and Javier kept me informed as to the status. He also let me know there were similar cars on the lot I could pick up if I chose, although I didn't end up doing that. When I was finalizing the paperwork with Harvey, it was a similar experience. He didn't push any of the warranties on me, but offered them and explained why he thought they might be beneficial. It was a great experience throughout. Thank you Javier and Harvey!”
