“The Lab did an amazing job customizing my Audi R8. I spoke with John and Gio about the vision and I Gota say they excelled at what I had in my mind. It was wrapped a new color, wheels powder coated white, and a new exhaust set up to help me annoy the neighbors more! It’s the little details, they had the emblems finished to match the rest of the black trim, and while small my favorite touch was changing the color to the Audi sport badge to match the wrap color. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their car handled properly.”

“Oh my goodness. Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Stacy Lentz as your sales rep. Not only is she thorough and knowledgeable about Volvo and all the tech that comes with it, she’s fun and really personable. I didn’t feel like I was just being sold a car, i felt like Stacey wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. The financing was easy as well. I think I was there for a total of 90 minutes when I picked up my vehicle and most of those were setting up the settings and reviewing all the bells, whistles, and tech. If you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle, i highly recommend Volvo!”

“When my car needed a paint job I was told by my banker to go to Branford that they had the best, my oh my they weren’t kidding, supreme body shop did a marvelous job and besides that polish the my car. Mike was wonderful being a senior I was a little scare but he put me at ease, I felt I knew him for a long time thank you guys for the marvelous job I highy recommend this place with five stars”

“I visited Nero's for the first time today, hoping they could diagnose and fix a mystery leak in my Subaru that was causing an accumulation of water on the floor of the cabin. I had steeled myself for a lengthy and possibly painfully expensive procedure. To my amazement, they knew immediately what was causing the problem and were able to fix it quite quickly while I waited. Not only that, they very generously did not charge me for the work. I felt very blessed not only to have the problem resolved, but also to experience the kindness and humanity of this small business. Thank you, Nero's! “I've now had occasion to bring two of our cars to John for body repair. He performed superbly each time.1. His work is great. Both times the car came out looking like brand-new.2. He takes the vehicles in when he's ready to work on them. I've had occasions where other body shops want the car days, or even weeks before they are ready to work on it.3. He keeps you informed by text or phone call on the progress. That is greatly appreciated, especially if you have rented a replacement and need a timeframe for extending or returning.4. He will go above and beyond to meet his commitments. He worked until 9 PM to finish a job for me.He will keep my business. I will always give my business to people like John, who performed superbly for reasonable prices.”

“A family member asked me to post a review because they are not on the web.This auto repair shop did an amazing job repairing a 2017 Lexus RX 350. Several quotes were received to do the job. This business was by far the best price and aabout half the price of some of the overpriced establishments who advertise on TV. Dave who runs this business is a gentleman and very honest, trustworthy, and a man of this word. The repair is flawless to say the least.If you have an accident and want to price out more than one quote, this may be a very good decision after a collision?”

“Purchased a five-year-old Subaru Forester here, which was a car they received on a trade-in. It was an excellent and easy experience overall. Andrew, the salesperson, was easy to work with and it was not a stressful or pressured purchase. He had answers to all my questions or would ask to find out the answers, and he was easy to keep in touch with throughout the process. The purchase itself was easy and finished in less than one hour with George, who made all the paperwork accessible and easy to understand. I did not have financing from the dealer so I cannot comment on that aspect, and I have not had any service done there, but from a purchaser's perspective this is a fine dealership.”
“Always top notch service but..... I have a hard time justifying the total labor cost on many of the simple maintenance services. For example 2k in labor only, to change pads and rotors seems excessive. It's an hour at most per side. So that's 500 bucks an hour in labor?That being said...I understand its a Mercedes dealership. They are very clean and thorough with their work and efficiency. It's why I keep going back despite the unjustifiable premiums. Consider it constructive criticism. Lol.If you are willing to pay the high premium.....they will deliver.”
“My experience with this company was awesome . The customer service was super friendly. The person I worked with she has been with this company for 24 years she was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. We test drove the Acura MDX a 2020 . We laughed and talk the whole ride and shared many stories . The vehicle was beautiful and made me fall in love with it . I will be working and purchasing my SUV from them .
