“The Lab did an amazing job customizing my Audi R8. I spoke with John and Gio about the vision and I Gota say they excelled at what I had in my mind. It was wrapped a new color, wheels powder coated white, and a new exhaust set up to help me annoy the neighbors more! It’s the little details, they had the emblems finished to match the rest of the black trim, and while small my favorite touch was changing the color to the Audi sport badge to match the wrap color. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their car handled properly.”

“Simply put, my experience as a first time customer here was great. I’m very picky on who my vehicles go to, but moving to the area and always walking my dog by the shop, I figured to give them a shot and I’ve never been so pleased. John was able to get my truck in and taken care of once the parts came in which was sooner than expected. He effectively broke down every single cost it took to get the truck to where it was supposed to be for having low oil pressure. “Was recommended this place by other customers. Glad we went here. My boyfriends car got stolen & they did quite a bit of damage. All other places quoted astronomically & gave us a minimum 3 week repair time. Everyone at Cerritos was so nice, transparent, laid back, and professional. “On a rainy day in New Haven, I was late for work and, against my better judgment, I drove my '04 CRV through what looked like a shallow puddle and ended up being, for all intents and purposes, a lake! The interior of my car became flooded up to my ankles. I drove around looking for a place that would hopefully be able to at least get the inside dry so that it wouldn't start to stink in my car. I happened upon One Stop, and instead of making me feel like a jack@$$, which would have been well-warranted, they were very helpful and vacuumed out the interior of my car. The floor mats needed extra time, and so they offered to hang them up in the shop for a couple days free of charge. Upon my return to pick them up, I brought the guys some coffee, which is nowhere near enough to thank them for their kindness. In the future, I will most definitely be taking my car to One Stop for repairs. Thanks, guys! I've attached a "before" picture for your comedic entertainment.”

“I can't say enough good things about this place. We were passing through town on a road trip and punctured our tire on the highway. They happened to be the closest repair shop and we got there just before our tire went completely flat. Not only were they able to fix the puncture and get us back on the road in less than 30 minutes they didn't even charge us because the repair was so small. When we insisted the owner just told us to do something nice for someone today. We are so thankful for her. If we lived locally this would be where I took my car for every need. “Mrs. Kim is honest,polite and intelligent when it comes to you and your Volvo!! The prices undercut any automotive garage in New Haven County. Average price is $125 a hour, they charge $108 a hour and it’s a foreign car garage!!! They do a great job with your car and they are good people. I highly recommend this place for any Volvo owners.”

“This is the second time I've brought my Silverado to be repaired at Safe Auto. The first time they gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. When I picked it up, it was almost $100 cheaper than the estimate. I called there last week for a radiator and he took my truck right in next day, is the lot was full but he said he would try to get mine done that day. I received the call at 3:00 telling me that my truck was ready for pickup. This time it was around $50 cheaper than the estimate I had agreed on. The work is fast, competent,. and reasonably priced. “I had an incredible experience with this truck tire repair company last night, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. We recently had a flat tire on our limo bus, and we were in a bit of a jam. I called their after hours, and from the moment Joanna picked up the phone, I knew we were in good hands. I relieved the chauffeur and was there personally when Mike arrived to repair the flat tire on a cold, rainy night. I must say that Mike was absolutely fantastic at his job. Adam understood our project and we are very happy with the communication and work that has gone into our 1st phase.Adam advised us of any concerns while work was being done. “When I was concerned about a safety issue with my brakes, Mike was extremely helpful! First of all, he took me in right away even though I did not have an appointment. Mike listened to my concerns and took me for a test drive so he could learn more about the issue. He brought the car back to the shop and had Daniel put the car on the lift to look more closely. “A few weeks ago I was involved in a minor accident that resulted in damage to my rear bumper.The owner of a local gas station suggested I bring my car to Heritage in Guilford. I contacted Cheryl at Heritage and I am so happy that I did.Cheryl took time and informed me of 2 important issues. (1) You can insist the adjuster comes to visit you at your home to evaluate the damage. (2) If you don’t rent a car during the duration of your repairs you are entitled to some amount of money per day to reimburse you for the loss of the use of your vehicle.Needless to say – when I called the insurance company they seemed to forget to mention these 2 important items to me.My strongest suggestion is if you are in an accident and need body work on your car – call Heritage FIRST – and speak with Cheryl. You can call the insurance company later.She will coordinate everything for you – and keep you on track.If I could give Heritage 6 stars I would. They are truly a honest, professional company. We are lucky to have them in Guilford!!”
