“Always top notch service but..... I have a hard time justifying the total labor cost on many of the simple maintenance services. For example 2k in labor only, to change pads and rotors seems excessive. It's an hour at most per side. So that's 500 bucks an hour in labor?That being said...I understand its a Mercedes dealership. They are very clean and thorough with their work and efficiency. It's why I keep going back despite the unjustifiable premiums. Consider it constructive criticism. Lol.If you are willing to pay the high premium.....they will deliver.”

The person I worked with she has been with this company for 24 years she was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. We test drove the Acura MDX a 2020 . We laughed and talk the whole ride and shared many stories . The vehicle was beautiful and made me fall in love with it . I will be working and purchasing my SUV from them . Everyone we dealt with was great. Only minor complaint was the vehicle detailing wasn't to my liking. I know most places are short staffed and over-worked- so it wasn't a big deal, but definitely could have used more time on cleaning before delivery. Highly suggest this dealership to all. One of my best experiences buying a car for sure. Dave is awesome. I'm sure we will be back again to Executive for our next vehicle.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We were broken down on the side of I95 and Untouchable Towing came and evaluated towing our 43' Class A MotorCoach. The team was efficient, professional, and even though it was very late into the night, they carried on like this was not a problem. We were towed to Nelson Service Center (did I mention the owner was also right there with us?!). We arrived after 1am. They were under our coach evaluating our breakdown firs thing in the morning-and the part was ordered by 7am!! It is now noon, and we are safely on our way. UNBELIEVABLE and EXCEEDED our expectations. Fair pricing, immaculate workshop, and all around GREAT experience, and the best outcome we could have imagined.”

“Being a nomad, I have experienced many things on a global scale. The customer service here is impeccable, in every department. Very friendly, down to earth, and the communication skills are phenomenal. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle or service here, they were extremely accommodating and elegantly explained easily what I may need based upon what I have said and have shown them with pictures and printouts. Yes, I could have easily gotten bolts or any other part online, perhaps at a better price... but what people seem to easily forget it what you're indeed paying for. A live helpful individual with no malarkey. Licensed and well-trained individuals. Every person went above and beyond without even knowing it. Mark (Volkswagen mechanic) greeted me, when I pulled up on my motorcycle. I asked him for a moment of his time concerning what bolts I found on my car and what parts where currently missing. Now, Mark was tasked to grab a vehicle to pull in and service, he could have easily referred me to someone else, told me that he wouldn't be able to accurately help me without a proper diagnosis, etc... or said nothing at all. Instead, he explained to me with confidence and care as to what I may need and to whom to speak to, reassuring me that it's common and the team would help me out. I asked who I could speak to about how awesome he was and he humbly declined--no recognition needed. Indeed it does good sir! Bill! A salesman with a presence of helpfulness and joy is indisputably noticeable--you can tell he loves his job! The young woman in the back that apologized for my late arrival to the parts department--no apology needed, that's on me, haha but still most places would never do that. She also referred me to other places I may go and I promised I would return. And especially the parts manager, Anthony! He entertained every question and concern with no hesitation. Don't let his youth misconstrue you. If I needed an equipment or shop manager in a military environment, I genuinely wholeheartedly believe he would excel and exceed expectations--not something I have come across throughout my military career or after. You can tell when someone is extremely sharp, caring, and is capable of much more than what can be written on paper!”
“The Lab did an amazing job customizing my Audi R8. I spoke with John and Gio about the vision and I Gota say they excelled at what I had in my mind. It was wrapped a new color, wheels powder coated white, and a new exhaust set up to help me annoy the neighbors more! It’s the little details, they had the emblems finished to match the rest of the black trim, and while small my favorite touch was changing the color to the Audi sport badge to match the wrap color. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their car handled properly.”
