“Everyone took such good care of me from the tow truck driver on the scene of the accident all the way through the whole Process with the insurance company and then last, but not least the beautiful bodywork done on my jeep. I was a bit nervous, picking up my car, but looking at it they repaired it to the point where you would never know anything ever happened to it. I decided to go with them because they are who the police dispatched to pick up my car and then I looked online and seen they had the body shop , found out they work with my insurance company as a partner. It was a win-win. Their receptionist is a sweetheart and so kind. She walked me through everything. I never had to experience this before. It’s a pretty busy shop and I can see why. “I had the most professional and attentive service recently after my park, unoccupied car was hit and totaled by a drunk driver. The entire staff, including Bennie, Bobbie, and Joe treated me like family. I didn't find out about the car accident until my car was missing from my street. I called the New Haven Police department , and I was referred to Catapano Autobody. I found out about details concerning the accident from Bobby and Bennie, and I was able to obtain a police report from them. “This company is pathetic . They came to tow my car from an accident and is now asking me for 1100 dollars just to get my vehicle out . They don’t wanna give me and of my property from inside the vehicle , or the plates. If we decided we didn’t want the car they are charging us 600 dollars for us to give them the title and for them to scrap the vehicle .”

“Robert B and the staff were awesome. I had a flat so called aaa. They came out quickly and got the spare on. Spare was low too, air compressor didn’t work but had enough air to get me home. Another employee (didn’t get his name) came out to me as I started driving and escorted me to the shop where they had another compressor. Put air in the spare and I was on my way. The agent immediately called a tow and did inform me that she knew the intersection and expedited the tow due to the dangerous location of my break down.Great job!!”
