A little expensive at over $100 for less than a mile but, fast response time and super friendly, helpful and actually nice tow operator

The tow truck was at my location in less then 7 minutes. I informed the agent on the phone that I broke down on a very busy new haven intersection. The agent immediately called a tow and did inform me that she knew the intersection and expedited the tow due to the dangerous location of my break down.Great job!!

These guys are thieves. Every employee at this place is highly uneducated and extremely rude. One of the employees tried to get in my face and fight me when I called him out on his BS. This is how they conduct business
