“A family member asked me to post a review because they are not on the web.This auto repair shop did an amazing job repairing a 2017 Lexus RX 350. Several quotes were received to do the job. This business was by far the best price and aabout half the price of some of the overpriced establishments who advertise on TV. Dave who runs this business is a gentleman and very honest, trustworthy, and a man of this word. The repair is flawless to say the least.If you have an accident and want to price out more than one quote, this may be a very good decision after a collision?”

“Strolled into this place for some new wipers the other day, and, well, let me tell you! WORST seafood boil EVER! ONE bite in, and I chomped down on a sea urchin!!!! Next I tried the puffer fish, but it puffed up in my stomach, making it appear I had a cartoonish potbelly. Very disappointed. After that, the stores manager tried to serve me a live octopus and sprayed me with ink, and they installed my wipers on the inside of my windshield. They were kind enough to change my blinker fluid for free, though, so five stars.”

“Everyone took such good care of me from the tow truck driver on the scene of the accident all the way through the whole Process with the insurance company and then last, but not least the beautiful bodywork done on my jeep. I was a bit nervous, picking up my car, but looking at it they repaired it to the point where you would never know anything ever happened to it. I decided to go with them because they are who the police dispatched to pick up my car and then I looked online and seen they had the body shop , found out they work with my insurance company as a partner. It was a win-win. Their receptionist is a sweetheart and so kind. She walked me through everything. I never had to experience this before. It’s a pretty busy shop and I can see why. Thank you for taking care of my car with such diligence.”

“The service here was awesome. One employee there helped me with motor oil because I saw online they had one brand for only $4 however when he checked apparently it was some sale because it was pricing at almost $10 he went back and forth checking every motor oil they had on their shelf to find one that was around the $5 price and after checking about a dozen types he found me a motor oil for like $6 & because I needed to buy 5 quarts he also ended up helping me by using a discount they offered really just going above and beyond to help me out with my purchase. I now always use this particular Napa store for any things auto related I ever need or questions I may have.”

“I called Elm City Auto Wrecking On April 27th 2023 spoke with Brian to get a quote on selling our Vw Passat and on top of him being polite and professional he came back with a Very reasonable cash offer that I agreed to and had a immediate service to pick up the car and the driver came with in an hour to flat bed it away.I would highly recommend Elm City to anyone that wants a reasonable offer and not a ridiculous low ball offer just be sure you Catalytic Converter is intact on your vehicle and you should be good to go.”
“I had the most professional and attentive service recently after my park, unoccupied car was hit and totaled by a drunk driver. The entire staff, including Bennie, Bobbie, and Joe treated me like family. I didn't find out about the car accident until my car was missing from my street. I called the New Haven Police department , and I was referred to Catapano Autobody. I found out about details concerning the accident from Bobby and Bennie, and I was able to obtain a police report from them. I had yet to receive my copy from the police department.Also, Bobby and Bennie called me weekly regarding insurance, my obtaining my personal property from my vehicle,vand other procedures to get compensated from the driver's insurance company.I felt comfortablel dealing with Catapano Autobody because I was dealing with humans who actually cared. I highly recommend Catapano Autobody.”

“I have no idea about the actual purchasing experience. I haven't bought a car from them- yet. However, in cross shopping I've been to quite a few dealerships. The sales staff here in particular are quite good. Can't quite put my finger on it but generally a cut above in friendliness and overall product knowledge. This includes the sales manager I spoke with briefly. Sitting down with the sales rep I spoke with was a pleasant experience as well. The staff at this dealership just leaves a good impression on you IMO. I keep checking back on inventory and are on my shortlist for consideration based on the experience alone. If anything, I think it's worth checking out this dealership in particular if you are in the market.”
