“I usually use Hancock pharmacy but because they were out of stock on a medication that I needed I was referred to Visels Pharmacy and they were kind courteous and professional. I like using smaller pharmacies rather than franchised pharmacies because they treat you like a person. They are my choice if ever in a jam again. “It is interesting how each Walgreens in various towns can be completely different. Some are fully stocked while others don't even carry certain items. The staff at this Walgreens were very helpful and efficient. The location is easy to get in and out of if traffic off the highway isn't heavy. The store was relatively clean and offered a good choice of many options for the item I needed for my mom.”

“I can say, the level of over the phone customer service was good.
Very informative about the type of medication they can provide and deliver, unfortunately I can't give them a 5⭐️ reason being they are not federally licensed to full fill name brand drugs generic only. Which can be a problem for some,the pharmacy gives themselves number one thru seven as if they're affiliated however they are not, they are individually privately owned which was disappointing considering that they do deliver which is a huge convenience just not name brands of serious particular medication some folks may need.
Each location also picked up when calling,very professional and informative for those who accept generic brands.”

“They have been very cooperative with mailing our prescriptions during the COVID mess. Have been an excellent place for flu shots and they helped me search for a lower priced medication to replace a pricey one. Their text system for alerting you to an upcoming refill was great. I say "was" because the only problem I have had is that once, I accidentally tapped "Stop" in reply to a text from them, and I was removed from the list. Five different people have said they added me back, but I am, sadly, not back. This has been going on for about a year.”

“that on 9-28-2023 @ 6 pm I made an appt for the covid shot - appt: 9-29-2023 , 1030 am .. I arrived at @ 10 am.. the pharmacy was just opening . checking in was smooth, nice intake person. I waited till @ 1045 am .. I was administered the vaccine - very professional, very good the phlebotomist - friendly and helpful. a good experience at the Walgreens - Whalley av/ Ellsworth av.. ~ JDS”

“Walgreens is where I do most of my banking. I use Chime and store policy allows me to add cash to my cards, cash app, chime, ect. For no fees!I don't use them for prescriptions because they are short on pharmacists and can shut down unannounced which had left me out of my meds for a few days. I hope they get their pharmacy together.”

“It's on the green, so I guess it's normal for people who are under the influence on drugs to cause a scene every once in a while. I don't blame CVS for that. The staff are okay. The big complaint I have is the fact that the doors have been closed before 8:00 PM. Please keep doors open until 8:00 PM.”
