I can never get in a phone call with the pharmacy, my primary consistently ignores their refill requests, I go days if not weeks without chronic illness medication. The system is broken and their marketing material will always try to put up a front otherwise.

Called as the CVS app told me to. I was on hold for 23 minutes and someone answered and hung up. After reading some reviews it seems like this CVS didn't get trained on how to use the phone.

I must have called half a dozen times and could not get someone on the phone. The automated system kept telling me every time that they were going to connect me to the pharmacy and then the line would disconnect. Cheap m************ don't want to hire somebody to answer a f****** phone
