“I have used Hancock Pharmacy for over 3 years. My delivery drivers are a nice group of people.. It's much easier for me to have my scripts delivered because I have 3 children, and my youngest is 16mnths old but has a disability due to Dandy-Walker Syndrome (Varient). So YES delivery is a plus. The couple of cons I have is there hours of operation. I tried to call around 640pm and realized that they were already closed. So I have to wait for tomorrow. Also when a script that was supposed to be called in and hadn't , usually the pharmacist would deal with that situation. (Walgreen's ALWAYS dealt with my doctor and my insurance if necessary)..But for some reason they tell me to track down the doctor and/or insurance issues. I understand that they (The Pharmacy Staff) is busy but they have more information about the doctors,there phone numbers and other resources to facilitate a more speedy response than I would be able to receive. But I still use the Pharmacy And don't plan on changing. Muchas gracias.. Thanks very much. :-)”

“I firmly believe this is one of the best pharmacies you could use. I've lived all over the country, and this place, surprisingly to me, turned out to be the best I've found. First, they answer the phone quickly, and you usually talk to the actual pharmacists. Further, they will even call your provider and help fill in the gaps with any issues between your insurance and the doctor's script. For example, my insurance would not cover one type, so the pharmacist called the doctor and got a generic version without me coming in and finding out. It’s the little things that count. Second, I’ve rarely seen a long line. Maybe it’s my timing, but usually, they are quick, and lines don’t build up. Third, the techs and staff also are prompt and helpful. Last, I have called no less than six times needing help getting a script sent overseas or to another state, and the pharmacist has done everything they can to make it happen. If you have a terrible experience here, it’s a one-off event. I think 99% of the time you will be happy with this place. If not, give it another go before writing it off. I couldn’t be happier.”

“They have been very cooperative with mailing our prescriptions during the COVID mess. Have been an excellent place for flu shots and they helped me search for a lower priced medication to replace a pricey one. Their text system for alerting you to an upcoming refill was great. I say "was" because the only problem I have had is that once, I accidentally tapped "Stop" in reply to a text from them, and I was removed from the list. Five different people have said they added me back, but I am, sadly, not back. This has been going on for about a year.”

“We've probably had 30+ transactions at the pharmacy, and I have to say they are unfailingly helpful and polite. Our prescriptions are ready promptly, they always notify about interactions, they are courteous, they go out of their way if you're having a question with insurance, and the autorefill process goes more smoothly than it did with our old pharmacy. Plus, the hours are decent and the drive through line actually moves. No place is perfect, but given the number of people they are helping, and how stressful the job is, I think they've been great.”
“How come if you want to get photos printed at Walgreens the photos come out grainy? It looks like the same prints from back in the 90s early 2000s when you would get your film developed. They need some new high grade photo printers so the photos come out clear because I took the pictures with iPhone 14 PlusMax and they look great but when they print them out there not as good”

“Walgreens is where I do most of my banking. I use Chime and store policy allows me to add cash to my cards, cash app, chime, ect. For no fees!I don't use them for prescriptions because they are short on pharmacists and can shut down unannounced which had left me out of my meds for a few days. I hope they get their pharmacy together.”

“I have an odd relationship with this CVS. They are well stocked and usually have what I need. I hate that its greeting card area is micro small, and sometimes the lines to checkout are crazy. However, I will echo that the pharmacy, while sometimes slow, is diligent and very helpful to all types of customers, even going out of their way to save me hundreds of dollars (for example). I can't say that about most businesses, and that type of service is precious.”
