“Very good experience using this location. I usually go to my local CVS in Stratford and it is always an aggravating trip, but this store was the complete opposite. Very pleased with the pharmacy staff and I was able to get in and out fast.”

“So the only reason I'm giving five stars is for the manager or assistant manager Teresa!!! The new changes I think makes no sense it's going to make it harder for disabled people it's definitely going to make it harder for older people which is going to make people more rude to the people that work there and are there to help them but if it wasn't for Teresa today I would have had to walk away from putting almost $200 into the hands of stop & shop this woman stopped to help me when she didn't have to there's so much going on in there thank God for her I had to do this review now before I forgot her name because I'm going through a lot I barely can remember my own name. But without Teresa I would have went home crying feeling as broken as my body is and I really appreciate her and I hope stop and shop appreciates her as well because if she leaves that store I'm not coming back here too many changes and a lot of them already are not for the good but Teresa's the best thing in stop and shop she's been here as long as I lived here and she makes me feel safe asking for help which I don't do easily so thank you guys for hiring her again her name is Teresa she's really short with blondish hair and she's a wonderful woman and very patient very patient and I know she doesn't get paid to deal with all the nonsense I see she deals with when I come shopping but I'm just so grateful that today she was my angel and she got me through a struggling time just to do the basic things I wasn't alone today because of her so thank you for hiring her and maybe you guys should give her a bonus or something please and thank”

“It is incredible how different drug stores operate during these inflationary times. Rite Aid is one of those stores that seems to have the smallest inventory on hand on a day-to-day basis. If you are looking for something in particular, most likely, they will not have it on the shelf.The store was relatively clean and was severely understaffed unless everyone was on break. Unfortunately, we were unable to find the item my mom requested. It was a disappointing shopping experience, but fortunately there are other stores in the area.”

“Very happy with the pharmacy staff at this store! They treated me like a human being when the other two West Haven locations did the exact opposite. I had previously used this pharmacy years ago and was always happy with how friendly and professional they were. I recently started taking medication again and after extremely unpleasant experiences at both the Campbell Ave (absolutely disgusted by the way they treated me and will never return) and the Orange Ave (one nice lady there but everyone else I dealt with was cold, rude and incompetent and also refused to let me pay cash for my prescription one time when I had a small issue with my insurance) locations I had my prescriptions transferred to the Jones Hill Rd store even though it's farther away from my home. I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided me so far. Both head pharmacists were so nice as well as the other individuals that work behind the pharmacy counter. I will continue to go to this CVS even though I live much closer to the other locations. Thank you for making a tough time in my life a little bit easier by providing great service and treating me with respect and dignity!!”

“I like this Walgreens pharmacy verse the other Walgreens in orange ct, milford ct. The other Walgreens are not organized, you call the pharmacy they never have an answer on anything. You call and they never can give you a straight answer it's always I don't know, I'm not sure, It's sad. I will continue coming to this Walgreens pharmacy.”

“This is a relatively new CVS pharmacy which was built directly across from Walgreens. It is very convenient if one store doesn't carry a particular item, you will find that the other store usually does. There is a big price difference between the two locations. They both have their own storebrand options for most over-the-counter items but each item can be between one and three dollars more expensive. It truly pays to shop around. There is plenty of off the street parking. The store is well stocked and it has a group of well-trained, helpful staff. The lines at the pharmacy seem to move extremely slowly every time I have been there.”
