“They are very knowledgeable on both the cars and their customers. After buying 4 new tires at Mavis, I felt a very strong thumping underneath whenever I turned the wheel either way and even a small amount of I drove forward or back, even slowly. After Mavis checked to be sure it had nothing to do with their work, they suggested J&J. The people there were ready for me at appointment time, recognized the problem, got the parts (differential) in 1 day. Ready for repair appointment next day, recognized and remembered car and me. Told me how long (2 days). Fixed problem as promised (actually by noon next day). Car feels great now. The were quick as promised and did a great job. Very highly recommend. They know what they're doing and are fair and honest. Can't say enough about them. If I need any work done on my car it's good to know of a reliable repair shop in town.”
