“What a great team! I went in to get an oil change. They ran the series of tests to let me know what I needed. My car has over 318,000 miles so never know what to expect. They noticed the belt was shredded and emphasized the need to get it done as soon as possible. The next day I came in and they were speedy in replacing the belt. Which also led to a new diagnosis of the battery that needed to be replaced. There were several people from the crew including the manager that made sure everything was done correctly. That evening when I came home all of a sudden my running lights wouldn't turn off. They had me come in the next day and fixed it immediately and problem solved what was going on and cleaned the fuses from the corrosion. Angel was nice and very conversational each day and asked how I was. Brandon the assistant manager was thorough and very kind and making sure I understood what was going on. I will go back. Very trustworthy.”

I pulled in and they helped me immediately even though it was only a $20 fix! While I was there I inquired about an oil change (which I was way overdue for) and windshield wipers that were shredded and they took care of everything. My 2008 GM truck leaf spring hangers rusted and one broke and to find out GM doesn't make them anymore or does aftermarket. Called danbury spring and set a date to bring the truck in three days later. They took it in and got it back the next day .They did a great job and found another problem and took care of it. “I needed an emergency installation of a new catalytic converter that was stolen out of my Honda Element the day before. Miguel & Hideki was recommended to me from the local Danbury Advance Auto Parts store where I was able to find the converter and sensors. I called Miguel & Hideki up and asked if they could get the job done TODAY! They said "yes, bring it over now." In less than 2 hours my Honda was back in business and it sounded and ran perfect. They did an outstanding job. Hideki is a super nice guy and his team is extremely talented and friendly. Also, he charged me a more than a reasonable price for a job that no other mechanic in the area could do that day, which in itself is a very tall order. These guys are lifesavers! “I bough a 75’ vette and dropped a brand new gm crate small block in it with 6-71 blower. First day with it it running I immediately blew the engine. I realized i needed a little help since this was my first supercharged build. I found DCE on line and liked that they were an all in one shop. A machine shop with engine dyno, A repair shop that can do fabrication ( like custom intakes ..etc.) with a chassis dyno for tuning. After talking to Jim on the phone I felt more then comfortable enough to bring my car to him. After arriving with the car I got a nice tour of the facility. While taking the quick tour in the machine shop I saw Volvo, Ferrari, Chrysler,Chevy,Ford engines. In the shop I saw a bunch of cars but what stood out to only mention a few , a twin turbo full on race car foxbody mustang, sitting next to a fully restored 65’ GT350 Hertz mustang , while they also had a beautiful stingray sitting on the chassis dyno just waiting for the new fuel injection system they installed to be tuned. They definitely do it all and do it right!!! They built me a bullet proof small block. They broke the engine in on the engine dyno. They then reinstalled the engine and supercharger. Got her up on the chassis dyno, adjusted the timing and then Jeff worked his magic on my fitech dual quad fuel injection set up untill she ran perfect in every gear and at any RPM. Jeff and Jim ( and all their supporting crew ) were top notch from start to finish. Highly recommended them for any type of automotive build. From budget build to all out spare no expense build……DCE will do it and exceed your expectations.”

The Prelude is from Japan, and has an engine (F22B) that was only sold in Japan. After looking for 2 weeks locally and online, and finding nothing I called Axel. I gave him the info on Saturday afternoon, and I had the timing belt Monday morning. I am a customer for life, Axel will be my first call from now on!”

“Grand Prix Motors, their technician Kevin in particular, was awesome. I locked myself out of my car (first time in 25+ years), and was in a location without good cell service. When Kevin called and couldn't talk to me he texted right away, got my location, told me he would be able to be there in 10 minutes. I needed to catch a flight in 1.5 hours. When he arrived he quickly got out his gear and unlocked my car. Afywr my sharing my challenges with the poor cell service, he shared he knew the area had poor service and knew it would be hard for me to get help. The two other garages I called couldn't get anyone to me for over an hour. He was prompt, professional, good humored and kind. The garage's dispatch person also did a great service by finding me a tech who was in my area given my time constraints which I shared with them. Thank you Grand Prix Motors for salvaging my flight plans, and that of my whole family. Phew! Job well done. Thanks Kevin and team!”
