“After Apple Store's self proclaimed "Genius" Bar folks lied to me about my iPhone being unrepairable and needed to be replaced, Mobile Rescue in Norwalk just fixed it for $125 saving my $800-900. Gabe was the gentleman at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk (on route 7 near Wilton boarder) who fixed it and did an outstanding job. He also fixed a camera lens for free. GREAT to have Mobile Rescue in the area, and SHAME on Apple Store for outright lying I know Apple wants to sell phones but not all of us have $1k spare change sitting around.”

Another impressive thing is how the corporate customer service processes work seamlessly with the store experience. “We went in because my iPhone 11 wouldn’t update. Alejandro helped us immensely! We thought we were already getting the educator discount since we are both teachers, but turns out we weren’t. We were also due for upgrades to both our phones plus an Apple Watch and an iPad and they were running holiday specials where all we had to pay was the tax on each item. All that and he lowered our bill! Go see Alejandro. He’s the dude.”

I had struggled with phone issue for 2 hours at the Apple Store and then AT&T online help. o I walk into AT&T on Greenwich Avenue and Dayana welcomingly invited me to sit down to resolve my issue. Dayana solved my issue in 10 minutes. She was very knowledgeable about the different solutions for the problem I was facing, explained the options very clearly, and then solved the issue. All while having great customer service, managing other customers that were coming into the store, supporting her other colleague, and generally being really calm steady and reassuring. It was an excellent experience. Thank you Dayana. I will certainly come back to this location for help in future.”

“Had a nightmare of an experience with AT&T that is still continuing 36 hours in (and over 6.5 hours on the phone with customer service), but the staff at this store tried to patiently help me for over 2 hours (it still didn't work, but man, did they go to bat for me.)
