Upon seeing the 30 minute classes with a flexible schedule, I decided to give it a try. I was nervous at first, being that I felt the heaviest and most out of shape I’ve ever felt. Having two small children, I worried I wouldn’t be able to fully commit and that I would be out of place. Not at all. In this short amount of time I’ve felt better physically and mentally than I have in many years. The staff is super supportive and the overall environment is welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.”

“Went for the first time last week. Took a Monday night class. I think the "coach" was Ashley. I'm sad this was my first experience because I was really looking to get help with my form. But the coach was too busy only "coaching" her favorites or friends. But she really is more of an annoying cheerleader. She did not come up to me once. The other coach who was not on a mic was really nice. And she corrected me with one exercise. I was just rather surprised and disappointed the lack of professionalism by the main coach as I would of expected her to be more interactive. Great place and great workout. Just look at the schedule and stay away from Ashley D.”
“This is a fantastic gym for anyone looking to change their bodies and change their outlook on fitness.While they are very much a group which trains pre-collegiate and pre-pro athletes - I know nothing about that. I’m an actress who does ballet, and I wanted to challenge myself - and I got that challenge.This is a team of coaches who are caring to each individual beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. As a person who has never touched a weight rack (is that even what it’s called?) I feel challenged, informed, supported and SAFE at all times, doing something that was completely new to me.I’ve learned so much from the coaches about the right way to work out, the SAFE way to work out, the best way to eat for working out - things that you can find on you YouTube, but it’s not anywhere near what you can learn from working out with these coaches.Todd, the owner, is incredible and is eager to work with each client to tailor their personal experience at D1.The coaches I’ve worked with - Evan, Ben and Marc, are all amazing at what they do. They’re all very serious about what they want to get done for each individual, but each bring their own humor to the workouts so they’re truly fun - even when you leave looking like you just spent an hour in a sauna.If you have kids working towards professional sports careers - this is the place to go.
