They never never pick up any calls
Packages never arrive on time. I send a package to Puerto Rico. It was supposed to be there on a Monday. Today's Wednesday and it still haven't arrived. I'm trying to contact post office butte no answer out of fifty calls

Very poorly run customer service is horrible and business customers are very poorly handled

My return never made it to its destination. So I spent money to send it off into the wild apparently, thanks usps
