“A true hidden history gem. Cheap admission, and you can spend up to two hours just walking through the exhibits on Connecticut and Hartford's history. There's also a collection of curious specimens that's worth checking out. The staff are incredibly friendly and eager to share their knowledge. You might also find the lectures they give interesting; check the website for schedules. Also, it's open later on Thursdays.”
