“Tint Works are the best. You cannot find a more reputable, trustworthy, reliable and quality shop than these guys. I purchased a car starter for my son, not realizing that his car already had one installed. More than a year later, when helping my son move, I came across the starter, still in the package. I called Tint Works, and spoke with Chris. Chris allowed me to return the older model car starter and replace it with a new starter that would fit my car, which was a different model than my son’s car. Not only did Chris honor my original purchase over a year and a half earlier, he installed a new starter in a different car at no extra charge. Don’t go anywhere else. “Doug and his excellent teal have taken care of my family’s cars over the years when issues have arisen (teenagers learning to drive lol) I recently was the victim of someone driving thru a red light and smashing the entire side of my 1 year old car which was towed from the scene. He handled everything for me - getting the car to his place, dealing with insurance - so easy for me . I just got my car back and its amazing! Its like nothing ever happened and super clean inside and out! Highly recommend!”

“My car was stolen and essentially totaled. I just had the engine entirely replaced so it was worth saving. Took it over to Del’s due to some word of mouth suggestions and couldn’t be happier. Awesome staff that were more than happy to work with me on pricing since it was coming out of pocket, got the car back to me way sooner than expected and driving better than before. My favorite part was that they called me with updates instead of me having to be the squeaky wheel.

“The staff at this AutoZone are awesome. They go above and beyond the call-of-duty to help solve their customer’s problems and are so courteous, professional, competent, and thoughtful.

When the gear selector mechanism broke down on my old car, the staff here identified a part they could special order to enable me to fix it, and somehow managed to have that part at the shop within just a few hours. Staff person Holden even called me to follow-up when it arrived to let me know. Then when I couldn’t figure out how to install the part, Eugene dedicated what must have ended up being an hour to figuring out the installation. This particularly blew me away, it was so generous hearted and kind. Not only would I not expect that kind of installation help at all, Eugene even took the time to help with this during one of the busiest parts of their day! It was truly phenomenal customer service and care, of a caliber I don’t think I’ve experienced before. Because of their help, I have a way to get baby to daycare and to get to work again.

“I drive 36k miles a year for work. Sometimes an "ouch" happens. I was with friends in Westport and one of them told me about this place, convincing me with the words "thee bessst" . He told me to call and ask for Emo. My friend came with me to drive me back to Westport when I would drop off my car. Emo, the owner came out, he looked at the scratches and said "tell your friend you're all set and he can go." He said hang on, he drove it into the shop. 20 minutes later..... Boom! Scratches were out! I paid and even tipped the guy inside who did it. I was beyond grateful. I was quoted 6x the price in Westport. But it's not about the money really. It's about looking at your, brand new again and saying WOWWW!!!. call and ask for Dom or Steph too. They work with the insurance companies and the hassles they bring.”

“Thomas and all the new staff there are amazing very helpful and knowledgeable my car broke down around the corner from his store the dixwell location I had my son and daughter in the car in the cold Thomas and the new guy with the dread locks pushed my car to his parking lot and actually figured out my problem was just a basic $20 dollar that could of ended up saving me a tow bill and a unexpected repair bill for a mother trying to survive I’m beyond grateful for them and they gained a new lifetime customer
