“I was in desperate need for a car looking for probably a month or 2 but a lot of dealerships were charging crazy amount per month (finance) in locations around the area within a 20 miles radius. I was on CarGurus one time and seen a car that I liked, called the place up and I said I wanted put a “down deposit like right now” to the guy on the phone who was Marc (the owner) very respectful and cool guy. Told him I wanted that specific car before someone takes it and just told me to fill out the application and called me back within an hour and told me the next steps and that same day… I went to go put half of the deposit down. He took his time looked around for an affordable deal for me and within a couple hours. Told me step by step on what to do, told me about how interest rates work and also talked about credit cards/banks work on the test drive because he knew I was young and buying my first car. I told him my financial situation because I’m not going to lie I’m in a bit of credit card debt and we talked a little about life and financial tips. But regardless humble guy and got business done asap. Whenever you go ask for Marc. Trust me, keep it real with him and he’ll keep it real with you. This is just my opinion. 5 stars.”

“So I found a car I was interested in online and decided to take a ride to check it out. Well I fell in love with it and with the amazing assistance of the salesman that took me for a test ride, he got me into the car I now loved. He took his time, explaining everything, and made the whole experience easy. Fast forward 2 weeks, I called him about the Zurich Shield that I was to get. He made the appointment for me, which was literally the next morning, he called me when it was done and actually brought my car back to me at home! (I do live relatively close to the dealership) That is going above and beyond if you ask me. I without a doubt recommend Brian Jacobs if you need a salesperson. The BEST! I went there thinking I was going to pay hundreds of dollars! Nope! They went out ( Bryan ) my hero to my car and found out the previous shop that worked on my car forget to plug in a sensor that would have damaged my engine! He plugged it in and cleared the code and boom.... If was fixed. Do not go to JR in Waterbury! or any other place. No wonder why this place has great reviews. They are even cheaper rated than all the others. I saw the rates when i was there. But on top of all that they are super kind and HONEST!”

“1000 dollars later I finally had knowledgeable person install my alternator, Kept telling gino it was the alternator, He insisted it was the power steering pump whining, Shelled out 600 for a belt a tensioner and a battery I didn't need,Misdiagnosed and I bought my own alternator and had it installed, I'm on disability and they didn't want to make it right, I called and explained and the uncle said what you want from Me,I'll never buy anything from them again.”
“Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!”
