The manager Vaughn immediately diagnosed the issue with my stirring and tire alightment, another mechanic showed me what was wrong and how dangerous it could be hadn't I brought it in.Another time I brought it in, Vaughn not only gave discount, but installed new windshield wipers as they were squeaking with no added fee. I am so thankful my car is in a good condition thanks to their detailed services and affordable pricing.I will definitely recommend this shop!!”

“I had the most Amazing experience with Art at Arts auto shop. I called with a bad issue my engine was losing power which has happened before which another shop "repaired" twice. Clearly they gave me bad parts. I dropped my van at 11:20 am to the shop by 11:45am He diagnosed the issues and by 1:30pm I got a call it was all fixed. When i arrived he had my bad engine coil out and explained to me how he tested it and how he fixed it and the difference between some cars having multiple. He was fast, informative and the price was great. He was respectful to me as a women and honest. I highly recommend him and his shop.”

“After the recent storm we had, all 4 of my tires were nearly flat. I went to 4 different gas stations in the area and all of them their air pumps weren't working and actually took MORE air out of my tires.Limping along at 1 mph with my 4 year old in the car and my hazards on, I pulled into the service center here as a last ditch effort. I had no money to offer, but I asked if there was a chance someone could fill the air in my tires.They weren't even open 10 minutes and everyone here jumped to find someone to help me out. My poor car limped in and I'm lucky I didn't pop my tires or bend my rims that's how little air I had left!The service people here literally saved my day and in this awful time of the kandemic where it's really hard to find some kindness amongst the fear, these people really went above and beyond for me.I know it's a small simple thing, but I cried on my way to my Dr apt after they helped me out, I was just so touched by their generosity even though I was not customer and I had nothing to offer!”

I didn't get a chance to get the man's name, but he was so kind and courteous and was able to get my battery charged and my car started in less then a minute. I would highly recommend them and will request them if I ever need a jump and would definitely try them when I need my car repaired.”

We recently had a flat tire on our limo bus, and we were in a bit of a jam. I called their after hours, and from the moment Joanna picked up the phone, I knew we were in good hands.
