“Just found my mechanic HOME! Being from NYC it’s been Hard to find a mechanic! Mainly due to the business hours of most shops in CT. But Here at Joe’s Auto Electric I found family. Have never walked into a shop and not felt awkward etc because being a woman knowing so little about cars it can be intimidating. But not here, the owner just has a gentle nature and makes you feel at ease. The whole staff! Love this place would recommend over and over and over again!”

“I recently had a bad front axel catastrophic episode. It was over $800.00. I called Kayla and told her my weels were pulling to the right. She told me to leave it for a few days.
The invoice said that they did a front alignment. I don't think so.
I know my car is old, 2004 but I have sent a lot of people to you.
Maybe you're overwhelmed because of the emissions demand but I want to be safe.

“They always go above and beyond for all of our car needs. They take the time to explain to me what needs to be done and always manage to make time. Recently had some sort of computer malfunction which lit up every warning light on the dash. I was able to drive right in and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 min. “I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small! However, they're honest and go above and beyond to provide the best service! I would recommend them to my friends and family, as I was recommended in that same way!Services: Transmission”
“These guys are amazing! I had my oil changed in April. Yesterday I noticed an oil leak due to the 4th of July I had to wait til this am. I called spoke to a pleasant young man who told me come right in and they will diagnose the problem. After checking he came out and told me it was due to a company defected oil filter changed the filter and oil for free of charge! I recommend Mobil 1 lube express ?”
