As he and his friendly crew worked together to change my light, I mentioned my back windshield wiper, and they were so accommodating and replaced it for me with no hesitation...even while the place was slammed. 5 stars in my book and an obvious returning customer. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small! “I don’t know who is in charge of hiring but this valvoline always has the absolute NICEST people working. I’ve been here a few times and there are always the nicest and most polite young men. I don’t feel intimidated or like they are trying to scam me, which I have felt at another valvoline in Danbury. The gentleman helping me is named Dean and I hope he gets a Christmas bonus.
