I had a lot of difficulties with the supplier, but Dave was beyond helpful when it came to getting me the information I needed for warranty claims with Pirelli. His communication was great and he was very knowledgeable about the issues I was encountering so he could help me make smart decisions. He was very patient and lenient with me as I had other life priorities to work around.
