“Went in for a pair of sunglasses. I knew I wanted to purchase but had a couple questions, the gentleman working the counter was super helpful and answered all my questions and provided me with the pair of sunglasses that I walked out of the store with. “We brought my daughter’s prom dress in to be altered. We had taken it to another seamstress and we were not pleased with the result. The seamstress at Ramani’s was absolutely amazing! She made the dress fit like a glove and it was done in 2 days! She was a lifesaver! Will definitely go back to her!”

“I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”

“Excellent friendly service! I needed my son’s martial arts Gi’s patches added before his testing which was within 3 days. Most places I went either told me it would be a two week wait, or turned me away saying they could not add the patches due to the material.Frustrated I called Gionfriddo’s which was my, last business on my list right before closing time. The owner told me to come over no problem he’d look at it before closing.I went over and his customer service was excellent! He let me know he could get it done on time and he wouldn’t have a problem attaching the patches to the Gi. I was so happy!! The very next day my son’s Gi was ready!!I would definitely recommend Gionfriddo, don’t let these other bigger companies fool you. Gionfriddo is a local family owned business. Very genuine, honest, and definitely reliable and professional. I will absolutely conduct business with them again!”

“PLEASE READ REVIEW: The manager of this store, Deborah, SAVED MY WEDDING. She was empathetic, kind, attentive, and selfless. I went to men's Wearhouse for custom made suits. 2 months are the order was set up I was told at Men's Wearhouse that my custom suit order had run out of fabric and that I had no other options. 3 out of 8 groomsmen did not have suits. They offered no other options and told me to return the suits and "go in a different direction". The store manager at men's Wearhouse was so condescending she made me cry. I called Jos A. Bank in Glastonbury to see if they could help me. Deborah immediately got to work to find a solution. She invited me to the store and after seeing my fiancés custom suit she told me that not only does Jos. A. Bank have that exact suit available off the rack, but so did men's Wearhouse. The store manager at men's Wearhouse did not check their online inventory, but the store manager at Jos. A. Bank did for me (even though it wasn't even her store. The solution was so simple and she was able to help me get the groomsmen their suits. Afterwards she checked in with me and made sure everything was all set. She was helpful every step of the way. Please if you are wondering where to get a suit, GO TO JOS. A. BANK AND SEE DEBORAH. She is wonderful at her job.”

Stopped in on Saturday needing a dress shirt for my husband's X-mas party, that night, and Natale not only had the right shirt for him, he immediately tailored it for a custom fit! His pricing is beyond fair and his workmanship is exceptional. We will definitely return any time we need men's dress attire or any tailoring - he does women's alterations too.”

“I was getting a gift for my father for Father's Day, when I happened to come by this store. I saw their advertisements online and needed new shirts so I decided to try them. Christina greeted my mom and I when we walked in. She helped me look through different sizes to find the perfect fit and different materials to see which one I liked best. She showed me all the colors they had in my size, and ordered the ones I wanted for me. Christina was polite, funny and relatable and, to be honest, the most helpful sales associate I've ever met.
