“On Wednesday, November 29th, I originally went to Kohls to make some Amazon returns. I arrived around 4:30 pm. The Amazon return line was really long, which is totally understandable due to holiday sales. There was only one lady working at the Amazon returns desk. I didn’t catch her name, but she had dark hair, glasses, and was wearing a blue plaid shirt. She asked for help using her walkie-talkie.All of a sudden, an employee came running to her. This was a newer employee because she said she was only trained on Amazon returns once. I don’t know her name either, but like I said she was new, she has blonde hair, and was wearing a green shirt and I heard her say she worked in the kids department.The lady that called for help quickly gave the new girl a quick on hand training on how to sort and scan items. This new employee TOOK IT ON LIKE A CHAMP!! I believe and feel this employee sincerely dwarves the recognition that she deserves, new or not. And props to the First Lady for asking for help. But MAJOR props to the new employee who took on on-demand, on hand training in a real life situation.Again, the new employee with blonde hair and wearing a green shirt on Wednesday, November 29th, helping the lonely Amazon return lady showed extreme teamwork and workmanship. She deserves to be acknowledged!!”

I almost walked up to her and said something she seems like a sweet girl, but that type of language is not kept in the store even if they think no one's listening, I heard everything.I definitely would coach the team on being careful what they say and when they say it.
