“Transferred my 2 lines from T-Moble. T-Moble has been hacked 8 times in 5 years and now they wanted me to give them my bank account number for autopay or loose my $10 discount. No way I would trust T-Moble with super poor security. I worked with Jerome Vigil who was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got both phones set up and all of the data transferred. Great experience. Jerome, well done!”

“Just came in to do a return/exchange on an item I purchased in the wrong size. They didn't have my size in store so I asked about doing a return and online purchase. Morgan was the associate at the customer help desk and she was awesome at assisting me while also helping to train a new associate on other tasks at the same time. I've been in customer service my whole career, and I can say the employees at this target always go above and beyond. They're kind, patient, and helpful, even when customers aren't so nice to them.
