“Great customer service, quick, and friendly! I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was awesome. I went in as an Android user switching from Metro PCS, (you should too!!!!! Metro PCS sucks and their employees lack basic customer service). Everything I did that night was a total upgrade, something MPCS was not willing to do, despite having the same phone since I started with them (approx. 2 year’s ago). So, I ported my # and am now a happy Verizon customer, with a new iPhone!! ?”

“Super nice, but you will wait 30-45 minutes to be seen. They failed to tell me I had 30 days to return my old phone for trade in value…. Even though I asked them to take my old phone immediately when I purchased my new phone. They insisted I take my old phone home to ensure everything transferred correctly before dropping it off at any time in the future.They never mentioned a 30 day deadline for returning the trade in. Ever. Very frustrating because now I’m paying $30+ more a month and stuck with my trade-in phone. Absolutely unacceptable. They should make that deadline absolutely clear before sending you home with your old phone. It totally feels like a sales tactic for them to push NOT taking your trade-in on the day you purchase your new phone so you end up payment more per month after missing the unknown deadline.Not okay. At all. Going to switch to T-Mobile immediately when they have a “switch and save” program to pay $80 less a month for the same phone.”

“This AT&T store is one of the best I’ve been to! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and eager to give assistance for whatever problem you might be facing. Got me and my husband new phones and prefer AT&T over any carrier, connection and reliability wise. The location is great too, that whole area is secluded enough for the business not being super overloaded especially on weekdays. Highly recommend!”

“Love Target - pretty much my favorite store and Belmar is the closest to me. I do lots of Pick UP orders and they are always ready within the 2 hours set and lots of time ready before that. Used to love the Curbside Pick Up in the parking lot. Easy in and out, plenty of spots. But they moved it to inside the parking lot. If the only spot left is Spot 1 an you have an SUV, and you are coming in from the outside parking lot on the side, good luck. People are walking, people are driving, there are signs sitting in the way. If the only spot left is Spot 1, the turn in is too sharp with all that's going on. An SUV was pulling out of Spot 1, so I was waiting to pull into the garage and that spot but people were walking, cars were behind me, cars were in coming towards me and it was almost impossible to maneuver that turn in. My grandson said: you almost had a wreck! Basically, the car coming out of spot #1, had to wait to pull out and I had to wait to turn in and it was a mess. The flat bed cart lane is between Spot 2 and Spot 1. If Spot 1 & the flat bed lane were switched, the problem would be solved. Now that I know what a mess it is, I realize I need to come in a different way - basically drive in from Vance or the back side. Really such an unfortunate choice for the Pick Up Area. Besides the new Pick Up chaos and the self check out line, everything else is great.As, I said, it's one of my favorite stores because of the selection of items, prices, cleanliness. I usually don't shop for fresh food there because of limited supplies.”

“Target is Target no matter where you go. What makes the difference is cleanliness and friendliness of the employees. Having worked in retail, I appreciate the hard work with little grace and dignity experienced at the hand of pressured managers, disgruntled customers, and physical demands of the job. This Target location has been my go-to for almost a decade and, my experience has always been pleasant and friendly with the occasional frustrations of items being out of stock but, any store has that issue. The recent update Target has made to the shopping experience with new lighting, displays, and customer service kiosks was a nice change to see and added to the overall great experience I had today.”
