“Tom is one of the most generous and knowledgable people I have met! My first encounter with him was after I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, to which he immediately helped do a diagnostic test. After realizing the damage was irreversible, he provided me with options for what to do next and didn't charge me one cent (despite spending hours on my case). My second encounter was over the phone, when I asked him questions about my laptop to which he provided very honest and helpful information, which saved me a visit. “Yo, went to this location and homeboi named David help me out with a new line of service and reactivating my T-Mobile WiFi gateway box, after I fought with T-Mobile for the last 4 months because T-Mobile set me up on a hotspot because they don’t have wifi in the hood and took me for 600.00 dollars, I recommend stay away from T-Mobile and go to this metro and ask for David!!!!!! “When it comes to phone service it's hit or miss you pretty much roll the dice and play craps sometimes you win and sometimes you walk out without your clothes this Boost Mobile store has been extremely helpful the owner went out of his way to help me land into a new phone at a price I was told I was going to get before there was an issue with my upgrade he stepped up and did right by me I would highly recommend this Boost store the only thing that that is an issue is phones but you can't just go into any store now and buy a high-end phone they just don't stalk them you have to have it ordered and if you want it tomorrow you're going to have to pay the shipping and just remember people you get what you pay for. So five stars for customer service two stars for their selection in the way overall total score four stars I would recommend them to other people if you have patience to wait for a phone and I would consider buying a phone here again although I would have to anticipate my needs in advance because I do hate waiting”
