“Do not go to the store on S Wadsworth in Littleton CO. They were very rude and practically ran us out the store. So we went to the store at RIVERPOINT in Sheridan CO. They were very helpful and kind. And they helped us in updating to a newer phone. They were great! I will make sure to go there in the future.”
“Always available parking and in a very well kept area. Makes you feel safe to go there. Store is rarely busy and the staff seem friendly. The only downside is they never restock their baskets. Also, the AT&T salesman can get annoying if you wanna go to the electronic section. Other than that, it's my go to store for things. Quick in and out if you need to grab something. The produce seems fresh as well. Get the Target RedCard if you want the best value and deals for your purchases.”
“Having received great customer service in previous trips to T-Mobile, my wife and I stopped by the T-Mobile store at River Point seeking advice and problem-solving expertise concerning email issues on her iPhone. We were assisted by Yajaira and Lindsay. Yajaira did the initial trouble shooting to lay the groundwork for Lindsay to take a deep dive into addressing the underlying e-mail issues. Yajaira and Lindsay were patient, courteous and personable. They treated us with respect and understanding. Lindsay diagnosed the email problem and solved it on the spot.
