“Kevin was more than helpful with our move out date, applying pro-rata rent, etc. Also, while I was there he was on the phone with a very long winded customer, and although I had to wait awhile, I complemented him on his patience and professional phone skills with a talkative potential renter.”
“I have been in and out of the climate controlled building on Siskin
for 20 years. The last 2 years the Air Conditioning has not worked and the building was getting up to over 105. Also the security doors on that building were not working and were always wide open. There is a new manager at that location named Bryan that I spoke to about the issues and I came in today and the air was working and the security doors. The 5 stars are for Bryan, not Public storage ! Thanks Bryan!”

“Nobody likes to move and, worse yet, nobody likes to put anything into storage. But Tammy at SecurCare Storage made it a reasonably pleasant experience under the circumstances. The facility is so spacious and clean, we were impressed with the pricing considering what it costs for storage up in Boulder ("probably the college kids").
Regardless, if you need storage short-term or longer go see Tammy ...she's great!”

“Durrell and his team are awesome. I showed up from Washington state, unannounced. Within 15 min they had my trailer checked in, and my stuff was in a storage locker while I looked for an apartment. A week later my uboxes arrived. I called this location and they had a trailer ready for me in a snap. The reservation was painless and I felt valued.
They were extremely busy during this mornings interaction, but that did not detract from their friendliness or professionalism. This is the third time I have used their services and will be doing so again if I ever need a uhaul!”
