“Grace is the manager here & does an awesome job. She is kind, does what she can to help you out, keeps the property very clean. However, she needs a day off, too. I called on Sunday in Feb to see how long the gates would be open. He told me he didn't know but that I could drive over there and put in my code after office hours, and if gates open, then it would be 9pm. Then I would have my answer. I could not believe what I was hearing. Thankfully they have Grace fulltime.”

“By far the most incredible storage experience I have ever had, and having been in the military, I have used storage units my whole life, all over the country. This place is the Ultimate Customer Service Experience. I found myself needing a 10 by 40 foot unit, and this location was offering a special for 50% for several months. I got a storage unit that was exactly what I needed, to fit a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house worth of stuff into it!!!! Not only was the security excellent, grounds clean, and constantly getting great communication from management, but the unit had 4 garage door openings so that I could access all areas of my unit, instead of it being 40 feet deep, and only having a 10 by 10 access point, it made my move easy, smooth, and wonderful. Thank you Public Storage for making this move the easiest ever, and the one thing I didn't have to worry about during a hectic several months! If you are thinking about putting your stuff somewhere, this is the only place to be! Close to the 25/470, and on a nice peaceful quiet street, this organization has restored my faith in customer service, and organizations going above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy! #publicstoragecustomerforlife”

“I helped a friend move in . The snowiest day recently. Joann helped us check in. She was very professional yet casually nice and helpful. Except for the snow piled up along the units it took about an hour and a half to back in the moving truck we finally got the household things off. Perhaps a plow would of made it easier to unload.
