And, 24 hr Customer Sevice, in case, You've lost Your PIN, or Unit #s, or pay over the phone, Online, or on Site. So, very Convenient, Inside Rathrooms, too, that are cleaned daily. No signs of Bugs or Rodents, either! Overall for many years on, & off have used Extra Space Units, & easly can downsize, or unsize if needed, w/No extra, or hidden fees....Trust Extra Space w/ My Stuff...”

“I purchased a mini storage unit building and built it myself. Everything went smother than I expected, all materials were present and extras of everything where shipped, even organized very well. Everything was cut accurately and designed to be easily assembled. Detailed plans and drawings were easy to understand. Regency definitely has a quality building and stick to a schedule. Ryan was able to answer all my questions quickly and walk me through the ordering process. I have never built a steel building and didn't have to ask any questions throughout the construction process which speaks to drawings supplied and materials used. “Great company, great owner. I've rented from Centennial Storage for about 7 years or so and have always felt like choosing Centennial was the right move. When I was originally looking for a spot for my camper trailer, Centennial had a spot open (which a lot of places didn't), and prices were lower than others around.Since then, Greg, the owner, has always been easy to get ahold of and has always responded quickly. When I got a new camper, he accommodated me easily and without any hassle. I have always felt safe no matter the time of day I would come. I was never worried about any of my stuff going missing or anything. Easy in and out at any time.The lot is clean, and spots are clearly marked and flat. No slopes or holes.I had a new driveway poured with enough room for my trailer and still struggled with the idea of letting my spot go. It was such a good deal, and Greg had been great. If I ever need storage again, I'm calling Greg straightaway.Thanks for the years!”

“The only other review on here is just plain d*** ... the storage lot DOES have an automated gate AND it activated by a keycard that is actually easier than having to punch numbers into a keypad - and even the building where the cars are kept is secured by a huge automated gate that is unlocked with the same keycard - it couldn't be any easier or more secure. The moral of this story is ... don't listen to whiners. But more importantly, Greg (the owner) has always made room for my Corvette and Mercedes, even when it meant moving some of his equipment to make room for both of my cars when his facility was full. He is also very responsive by phone or text and a very nice guy to work with.”

The manager was super helpful in not only helping me select a spot, but she also saved me a bunch of money by recognizing when I’d need to give notice to my previous storage facility, suggesting I call immediately based on timing! I was able to then cancel just in time before month end, and seamlessly move into the new spot without being charged for an additional month. Now that’s what I call great service! I like this location a LOT better, and my spot is easy to back in as well, making this a no brainer decision. Feels good to have faith in management, I’ll likely stay for many years to come!”

“This is my first Google review. I can surely say that your things are well taken care of for a great price. I have been with them since 2015 as I have been living and working in Colombia and Thailand. the front desk lady is nice and friendly and I always have a little chat with her when I visit. She is responsive and very helpful, too. I am not sure why people have issues. I have had a few hiccups on payments due to being overseas and bank/credit card issues that follow, but she was very clear about the rules - not her fault. She was also never rude to me. I can't recommend this place enough. It is a nice, safe and quiet area. I would advise the further drive for folks in central Denver. It is worth it! P.S. - buy 6 months and get one month free - even better value ;)”

“Caitlin was great. Our daughter in the Denver area has 4 kids 10 and under. She had broken her ankle and needed help.We needed to store our motor home for a week between visits. We live 6 hours away. She went out of her way to squeeze us in. The convience and cost savings was much appreciated. Also the facility is secure and parking areas are paved cutting down on dust. They valet park your unit. Pick up hours on weekend are limited but we worked around that. Real professional operation. Thanks”
