Moving is not fun, ever, but I have moved way too many times and seen the good and the bad and the extremely bad, and they were very good. Communication ahead of time was great (really thoughtful video walkthrough done by the owner of the company), their quote was quickly turned around and very reasonable, they were honest about supply pricing and saved me some money by sending me to U-Haul for boxes to use in advance, and the day-of pricing was very close to the quote they gave [based on hourly rate]. The team at our house was really solid— they were efficient but careful with our stuff, pleasant to be around, and really communicative about how it would be most helpful to organize the storage unit on the other end. I hope no one ever has use for this tip because moving is another circle of hell no matter what, but figured I would share because I have truly seen it all.”

“Fantastic storage unit. Easy to access with wide hallways to drive your car in. Almost always a staff member on site to assist with misplaced keys or other mistakes.
Plus, they sell tape and other packaging Products in the front office in case you left some at home.
Easy to use, air-conditioned and simple five out of five would recommend.”
“For some reason my access code stopped working. I called the number on the card and the I was called right back by Addison. He was great and offered to meet me to reset the system. It took me a few weeks to get out there again and when I called again, Addison responded back very quickly and we set a time at opening the next day. Even though I was 45 min late, Addison was there and we reset the code and now I have access. I feel better about leaving my stuff at this Public Storage knowing that Addison is the manager.”
“Best move I have ever experienced. The guys (John, Jared, and Sebastian)showed up right on time, very helpful in telling me how and where they would move everything. I was a frazzled mess when they arrived, but seriously they made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel overwhelmed anymore. They took great care in wrapping all the furniture and made things extra convenient with dressers and bookshelves. They finished in less time than I thought they would, but kept me posted and updated throughout. Also the moving truck is really nice and clean.
My new place is on the third floor and they worked really hard. Great group of men! Would highly recommend.”

“Stopped in here today after being out of town for work for a month. I had some questions and concerns, especially the billing part about my storage unit that I currently share with a past roommate.
Jeff was very professional and courteous. He not only was patient with me but wasted no time to resolve the issues I was currently having most importantly the billing.
Highly recommend stopping in to see Jeff if you are looking for a reliable and safe storage.

“automatic 5 stars due to the employee Sheila! I was in a time crunch hd to be out of old place and didn't have a new one yet. it was 6Pm and she had just closed and was locking doors when I pulled up. She chose to open the doors again and proceed with moving me in as well walking me to my unit itself after we signed for it. The place is rather old and the hallways are a tight fit so I suggest getting a drive up unit. All I can say for sure is Sheila is the reason I'm a consumer there and”
“Cassandra, went above and beyond explaining all of the procedures and processes here, I just want to state that this has been the most pleasant experience that I have had with a storage facility. We have rentals at four other properties across the town. I absolutely loved and appreciated the cute note on the door stating all of the facts and that the property had been clean for us. Also, I want you to be aware that when you open it, it is spotless and there is a wonderful welcome packet waiting for you with a lock just in case you don’t have one. I would highly recommend this property to anybody that has storage needs. We are looking forward to many years of business with this property.
One last thing to note that is amazing. They are updated with all of the digital access to get in and out of the property. I cannot say enough about this place thank you for reading this review.”

“This CubeSmart location is the best hands down! The units are super clean and the whole establishment is well kept as well as having some of the best and friendliest staff that I have encountered. Lou Cruz was working when my wife and I came to get a unit and we could not have asked for anyone better. Not only was she extremely friendly but she was super informative and helpful when it came to any questions and getting us into a unit as quick as possible. Also fair prices but best part is they really love pianos and will tell you features your piano has and they also have a solid piano tuner/technician they recommended. Don't expect this, but I got same day service due to a cancellation. I was last minute but they were there and ready to serve with timely care and prescision. Thank you for making my move far less complicated!”
