Patrick helped problem solve how to obtain access, and even walked my not so tech savvy family member through the process step by step over the phone. His patience and professionalism throughout this experience never wavered despite having a handful of customers to work with while I was there. This was the best customer service I’ve ever received while purchasing a new phone!”
