“Switched from Verizon because of their promotion at the time and 3 months after a lot of back and forth with customer service I am finding out that we do not qualify for the rebate to pay off our old phones even though we were informed that we would. The sales rep apparently signed us up for promotions that are not able to be combined and now we are being denied a rebate upwards of $600. I've contacted many reps in many different departments about this issue and none have been able to make this right.*******Updating my review to 5 stars due to the customer service I received from Meaghan, the GM,regarding my issue. She listened to me and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. I am very pleased with the attention to this matter.”
“I was having issues with my data after switching over from Verizon. I had been in to the store and called to get it fixed, without success. When I went in yesterday Zach was able to identify the issue and even waited with technical support for over 25 minutes on the phone to add data onto my phone. He was extremely helpful and polite!”
“Technician was on time, called me before he came and knew exactly what to do. He had all of the equipment and completed the indoor and outdoor portions of the job. He set up an ID and password that I can actually REMEMBER! Good job!”
“This was my 3rd stop at T-Mobile to get my mom a new phone the other two T-Mobile stores had horrible customer service and didn’t have the phone we wanted. So we decided to stop at one more store and we had awesome customer service Vincent that helped us answered all my questions and got us out of there within no time. “About a month ago when needing to get several this done I enter this store and was greeted by Ramon. I can’t type a review good enough to describe how satisfied I was after visiting. His knowledge and wits about how everything worked and functioned left me fully confident in every decision I took. I felt I was talking with a friend that generally wanted the best for me in every way possible. Again this was a while ago and I still think about our interaction because it was a perfect example of good customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. For any needs I call him directly to this day because if he does not know the answer he won’t stop until he gets it. Thank you Ramon. You’re a great example of how people should carry themselves daily. ??”
“My experience at T-Mobile Bear Valley was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made sure buying a new phone was a positive experience. They informed me of the newest phone, pre-ordered it for me and had it delivered way sooner then expected. When my phone came in, I went back to get a case and screen protector and they installed both for me.Thank you to Delilah and the Manager of T-MOBILE Bear Valley.I am glad to keep doing business with this location.”

“Oscar was excellent! I had a terrible experience over the phone with customer service and he was able to get my problems resolved all while another customer was having a shouting match with one of the representatives. I feel really bad for what the representatives in the store have to go through. “My buddy was having difficulties with his phone but didn't have time to go look for a new one. They didn't have the one he wanted in stock, but the associate went above and beyond and asked the manager to check the safe and they did in fact have one. Excellent customer service. Courteous and knowledgeable about both the product and the T-Mobile brand services.”
