“I came in today to get my phone I bought from Samsung in hopes to transfer my files from my old one to my new one. The guys were more than helpful with helping me change and reset the phones! They were very nice, friendly, helpful, and even introduced me to a new service they're offering! I was extremely happy with my visit today and would highly recommend this store!”

“I never thought I would give a communication network a 5 star review based on all of my previous experiences. But this last Saturday 1/18/2020 a technician came to my office to reset my phones so they would roll over from the primary number to each additional line if one was busy. He not only fixed that, he then took the time to determine which two lines were for my fire alarm system. He spliced some wires and reconnected it. It now is working!. He then said he needed to run out, purchase an second battery backup in case the power went out, then came back and installed it. I would say he went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. “I was a victim of HughesNet for years!!! The service was so bad, the customer service was shockingly horrible and the price was insane. I changed to Viasat and it's a 180 degrees situation. It's less money, unlimited with no loss of speed, doesn't go down during weather and customer service responsive. Don't get locked in two years of hell with HughesNet! If you have a choice, choose Viasat instead for your money and mental health lol. What's the price you are willing to pay to avoid years of frustration, no or slow connectivity?
