“This was my 3rd stop at T-Mobile to get my mom a new phone the other two T-Mobile stores had horrible customer service and didn’t have the phone we wanted. So we decided to stop at one more store and we had awesome customer service Vincent that helped us answered all my questions and got us out of there within no time. Definitely recommend this store and Vincent.”

I had a terrible experience over the phone with customer service and he was able to get my problems resolved all while another customer was having a shouting match with one of the representatives. I feel really bad for what the representatives in the store have to go through. I bought just a basic phone out of which he probably made no commission but still his help, support (with data transfer), knowledge about plans and education for future making best use of the plans and services of T-Mobile were exceptional.Seriously I was about to change carriers but I feel I found a friend who is there for you.
