“JJ did an amazing job fixing the back glass on my phone. I went from a complete disaster to a nice finished product. It only took him 2 hours and he even helped out and installed a protector on the back so the glass doesn’t break again. All of this was done for a very reasonable price as well.”

“After being completely misled and charged hundreds of dollars for setting up a wireless service and phone plan with services I asked not to be added as well as completely untrue information about trade in value at the HARMONY STORE (stay as far away as you can!!!!), I went to the store on JFK. They completely rectified the harmony stores’ lies and false information. They listened to all of my concerns and were very understanding and really made a difference. I really appreciate their concern, care, and effort to fix everything that I experienced. It was a completely different experience at this store. Everything was explained in depth and I was able to clearly understand the contract and was given all of the options upfront without misleading information. Matt and Morgan are the best!!! Highly recommend this store. So grateful for their help.”
“My friend needed help with a phone that was a mess and was helped by Matthew. Honestly the best customer service I've seen in years. Positive, upbeat, kind service with an amazing level of patience. Gently educated her about her phone and offered to set up a training session. Noticed her cracked screen protector and replaced it for her. Not just great customer service, left there feeling better about the world in general after such a great interaction.”
“Possibly best experience I had with a carrier! Julian and Dennis went out of their way to help me. I Had trouble getting my number ported between T-Mobile accounts, through no fault of the representatives at this store. They were not able to help me out the first time I came in because of how their support system is set up (I started a ticket through the phone) so I had to wait 24h for that to expire. After a little over a day with no service I came back and the store was busy so once my turn arrived we only had 20 min before closing. Despite the time, Julian made it a priority to make sure my phone was working before I went home. We were on the phone with support past the store’s closing time and these guys did not give up until all was settled. Thanks again! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get great customer service and actual help when issues pop up!”

“I love this Wal-Mart. It's clean, has what I need, and I'm not bothered by sales people asking if I need help every 20 seconds. Although, I must say, my overall favorite thing about this Wal-Mart is my favorite employee, fellow Detroit Jerry. If this man is having a bad day, you could never tell. He's always very polite, helpful and kind. He takes time out of his day to help anybody, with a positive attitude, and never makes customers feel that he's annoyed or doesn't have the time for them. “Was talked into trying the home internet as a "Trial" only to be told right as I am about to sign everything that it would cost $50 that would be tacked onto my bill in a month. I said I wasn't cool witht hat and then was pretty much guilt tripped into signing the paper. Was told, It is only $50. So I took it home, then had issues canceling it and returning the device. We finally figurewd out how to get it canceled and returned and would later find out that the canceled my insurance in order to pay for that device. I lost moy Iphone on a vacation and i only had 2 more payments left but since the cancelled the insurance, I am no longer able to upgrade my phone and have to pay for a new iphone. This makes zero sense and I will be in the store confronting the lady about this situation. She was a total scam artist. I came in to buy a damn biy a phone charger and ended up with this head ache.”
“Seth gave me amazing service. He was completely professional and tried to satisfy all my needs with a new smartphone.
His only restraints were those placed by Xfinity, such as limited stock on hand and poor billing practices.
