“I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently.
