“I came here the first time absolutely exaspirated at how shitty the service was at the AT&T store on Sheridan. Clancy took care of me, got me a new phone, set up everything for me, and was super professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Mikey has always helped me with a smile- that is SINCERE- and is just a genuine, good dude. What's more, you can tell that everybody at this store likes each other; it's a happy place! I am never going anywhere for service with my cell phone ever again as long as I live here. Going to this store is a pleasure every time; super cool peeps all around!”

I struggled to find a new prepaid phone plan for the phone I currently have, while keeping my current phone number. He explained all my options, walked me through the steps with the new plan, and even helped resolve when an issue came up with keeping my current number. “*Another UPDATE* I didn’t want to have to come back to do yet again another update. But it has now been over 2 months and I have not seen anything that the owner agreed to fix. At this point I feel played by everyone at the store including the owner. Terrible, terrible way to do business! I have been reaching out since October 12th and the owner gets back to me at his convenience saying that I should be seeing all of the fixes soon. Everyday it’s next week or it didn’t work I got to submit it again. I shouldn’t have to worry about this and check in every week for an update!! This is ridiculous, I should have returned all the phones to begin with. I should have never trusted anyone from that store.

*UPDATE* I went in this morning to return the phones but I was pleasantly met with the owner, who said he came in because he did see my review. To begin with, I am really impressed with how quick I received a response and how he handled this. I was able to keep all of the phones and lines without having to return them and start all over. He corrected everything and even went above and beyond to make this right. He was a pleasure to work with. I am very happy this is resolved.

*WARNING* I wanted to switch my 4 phone lines from AT&T to Verizon, so I started online shopping for new iPhones and plans. I seen some great deals online at Verizon. But I figured I would go into my closest “Verizon” store for more clarity on the phone amounts and plan details. I made it very clear to the sales rep at the location that I could just go online to buy these phones and get the online listed “offers” but if you can get the same offers in store, then go ahead. Only after everything was signed, did I see that not only did he lie about the phone offers he lied about several other things as well. Which ended up costing me a lot more money than had I went online and did everything myself. I am beyond frustrated with the employees I encountered today and disappointed to know that they can look a customer in the eyes and lie to them just for a sale. I called Verizon customer service and they confirmed that I was correct and the store did in fact lie to me about several different things. They also mentioned that this location is a reseller so they cannot help with just making my bill and my contract right, I have to return the phones and start over online or with a Verizon customer service rep. So I will be returning all 4 new iPhones and going online myself to make sure I get the right offers since the store just lied to me, overcharged me and didn’t help me at all. This location has made this whole switching phone carrier’s experience a nightmare. I was with AT&T for over 10 years. I am not paying 4 $50 restocking fees to return these phones over a lie. Hopefully they will make this right.”

“I came in late 10-15 minutes before the closing as I was driving around town from one location to another looking for a basic flip phone for my disabled grandparent, it was an emergency. The other location didn’t have it, so I had to drive here. The person on duty told me it was too late to service me as it will take too long. J even begged her, but she said no. Because of that I had to drive 20 minutes to Aurora mall to be serviced. And it took exactly 10 minutes for the person at Aurora mall to help me, so technically even though it was late in customer’s mind there was enough time to be helped at this location. I think it was unfair plus they lost the sale… In the past I didn’t have any issues with this location.”

It’s a family run company and they are fast , and very knowledgeable about what they do. . customer service is great and they usually are really reasonable , As far as pricing goes. The guy that owns the place is awesome. I’m literally been going through these guys forever anything you need help with . Been recommencing these guys forever . I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with. “I went in to have my phone number from another carrier switched over to a T-Mobile/Metro PCS compatible phone that I was given. I learned that the account had been locked on that phone. I didn't know what to do.

Daisy stepped in and showed me a few options that were right in my price range! I even ended up grabbing a phone that was an upgrade to the one I was trying to activate!

Bottom line - Daisy and her associates really take the time to take care of their customers. Although I live across town, this is my store! Thank you.”
