“This is an honest shop, feel confident to bring your car and expect all personal to listen to your concerns regarding your car’s damages and mechanical issues to how best get it to bring it to a before the accident happen! If you’re in the middle of negotiation with the insurance companies you’re with in your right to dispute until you’re satisfied with their settlement, the shop will respect your concerns and can’t start repairs until the client’s authorization is giving, regardless of the insurance position. That is a big help when a claim gets complicated with insurances discrepancies on damages covered , and when there’s other insurance responsibility. If Your insurance is not reliable a claim will turn bad… stay firm and fight them before repairs are started, communicate through email so you can show the shop what the insurance which repairs are authorized instead of verbally, there’s a big difference on what they authorize to the shop and what they tell the insured, so to avoid getting stuck with not covered repairs it’s better to get them in writing ? once you sign or authorize a settlement for repairs would be difficult to negotiate the extra work…”

I had been waiting 6 months for another autobody shop to help with the claim, but after dealing with a lot of excuses and overall head ache, I was told that they didn't want to work on my claim. My insurance provider called Complete Auto Body and Paint, and they were extremely accommodating and understanding of my situation. They got me in right away to get my car fixed. I have been serving and modifying my Evo X with RacingTrenz since the day I got the car. They keep a nice and busy schedule, but they are always sincere with availability and always seem to squeeze me in when it best works for my schedule. When it comes to work being done on vehicle they make sure I as a customer am fully aware of what is going to be done to the car and in a matter which is pleasing to me. The shop itself is very nostalgic of a tuner shop, yet modern. They have never left me hanging or said they aren’t able to perform any sort of work on the car. Albert from El Dorado tire shop walked across and down the street to my Jeep just to help me change my tire. He ended up checking for any additional holes and filling my front tires with air. As a single woman I can’t tell you how many car shops I’ve went in and the workers take advantage of my lack of car knowledge but not this place! “My 2012 Honda Pilot was brought to Lonnie for repairs to the rear bumpper and right quarter panel due to a collision with a stationary object while backing up. Their repair of the resulting damage was beyond my expectation. Not only did they repair and replace the parts needed and smoothed out the "wrinkle" in the quarter panel caused by the collision, but they buffed the entire vehicle removing small scratches and road dirt that had been accumulating for years. Great Job guys! I highly recommend them.”

“This was my first experience with Big Brand, and they were great! Everyone was helpful and they provided a ride to and from my home while they were replacing my tires. I told them that my good spare was on the car, but it was not communicated to the shop and my tire was mistakenly discarded. I was dealing with some medical issues in our family and it was several weeks before I realized what happened, so I felt partially responsible. Ken was nice enough to replace it with a new tire at no charge, which was really helpful and kind. Will go here from now on.”
