“This was my first experience with Big Brand, and they were great! Everyone was helpful and they provided a ride to and from my home while they were replacing my tires. I told them that my good spare was on the car, but it was not communicated to the shop and my tire was mistakenly discarded. I was dealing with some medical issues in our family and it was several weeks before I realized what happened, so I felt partially responsible. Ken was nice enough to replace it with a new tire at no charge, which was really helpful and kind. Will go here from now on.”

“Fantastic service! I had a slowly leaking tire that another shop took more than an hour to diagnose the issue was a hairline crack in the aluminum rim. I called Federal Tire and they said they could clean and weld the crack for about 1/16th of the cost of a replacement to match my set and could do it in about an hour. Price and time estimates were spot on, and the guys working there were really nice and very professional. There's even a great little cafe across the street to grab a bite to eat or some coffee while you wait.”

“Elevated Mobile Tire Services saved me a massive headache! I was referred to Jeff and his company by a friend- I reached out, got an immediate reply and scheduled them to come to my house. They arrived on time, found I had a nail in my tire, patched it, rotated my tires and explained that I needed two new tires. Took the time to explain and show me the tread. I asked Jeff for the price, he got back to me in a matter of minutes and the guys are coming back this week to replace the bad tires with two new ones. The men that came, Ben and Elias, couldn’t have been more professional and efficient. All around great service and two thumbs up! This company is the only one I will use in the future!”

“I just want to say I've never had a good experience with auto shops, and I've worked with many, but this was the best experience i've ever had and i'm so grateful for South Denver Automotive and Nathaniel for taking care of me and my car. I had to get it towed there the same day (because it was stuck somewhere it would've been towed otherwise) and they were able to take it immediately (I was told by other places they couldn't even let me tow it in for another week). The tow came within 20 minutes of me calling. I was denied by 3 other shops who wouldn't touch my Fiat, and Nathaniel was eager to say he'd be willing to try. They put in immense effort to diagnose my car's issues and kept me updated. I was able to get my car the very next day! As a woman who often feels manipulated and taken advantage of by mechanics, Nathaniel did not even so much as make me feel dumb for asking questions, which is a common female experience. He was polite, friendly, and not pushy in anyway. I can't speak on prices, because car's are always expensive and I don't have other shops to compare it to within Colorado, but I don't have any inclination that they were unfair. I plan to use this place going forward :)”
